30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange.

What Can Be Returned

Items eligible for return must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from any damage or alterations

Easy Returns Process

Online Purchases: Contact our customer service team to initiate your return. We’ll guide you through the simple process and provide return instructions.

What You’ll Need:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)
  • Photos if there’s a quality issue

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days
  • Refund issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help! Contact us and we’ll arrange an exchange for you. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If you receive an item with a defect or manufacturing error:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide photos showing the issue
  • We’ll send a free replacement or provide a full refund — your choice
  • No need to return the defective item

Quality Issues Include:

  • Printing errors or defects
  • Damaged items (received in poor condition)
  • Incorrect items sent (wrong size, color, or design shipped)
  • Manufacturing flaws

Size & Fit Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky when shopping online. We’re happy to help you get the right size.

How Size Exchanges Work:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Let us know which item you’d like to exchange and what size you need
  3. Return the original item — it must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  4. We’ll send your new size once we receive the returned item (subject to availability)

Important: The item must be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send out your exchange.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired size is not available, we’ll issue a full refund or store credit so you can choose something else.

Color Exchanges

Changed your mind about the color? You can exchange for a different color of the same item, subject to availability. The same process applies — contact us, return the unworn item with tags, and we’ll send the new color once received.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout
  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:

  • Domestic orders: Contact us if not received within 30 days
  • International orders: Contact us if not received within 45 days

We’ll investigate the issue and provide a replacement or full refund if the package is confirmed lost.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for the second delivery.

How to Start a Return

Getting started is easy:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Tell us your order number and which items you’d like to return
  3. Receive instructions — we’ll provide a return authorization and shipping details
  4. Ship your items back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Get your refund once we receive and process your return

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

Gift Returns

Received a gift that’s not quite right? No problem!

  • Contact us with the order details
  • Returns will be issued as store credit or exchange
  • Gift givers will not be notified of returns
